6 groups are formed. Each group receives a case study from the “Consumer rights case studies” supplement
. The participants exchange views on the questions and write down their findings. After 10 minutes, the participants return to the plenum.
Each group now presents their case and the solutions they found. The trainer fills in any missing points.
The supporting institutions are recorded on a flip chart.
After all cases have been discussed, all participants receive the supplement “Solution to case studies of consumer rights”.
